Tips Associated With Using A Sonic Electric Toothbrush

Sonic Electric Toothbrushes, first and foremost, can be divided into rechargeable ones and battery ones, for environmental sake, the former is favored by most electric toothbrush users.

A rechargeable electric toothbrush can help you efficiently maintain the health of your teeth and gums. Rechargeable toothbrushes adopt oscillating technology like Oclean patent Maglev motor to provide better oral health results than regular manual toothbrushes as it provides the movement, while you need only guide it.

You might wonder what’s the difference between sonic and electric toothbrushes.

Brushing speed might be the answer to it. While a regular electric toothbrush has a brush head that rotates around 2,500 to 7,500 strokes per minute, a sonic toothbrush head moves at a rate of approximately 30,000 and even up to 42,000 brush strokes each minute. Therefore, a sonic toothbrush micro vibrates about ten times faster than an electric toothbrush. Compare this with a manual toothbrush, which moves approximately 300 strokes per minute.

For that reason, some people may find brushing with an electric toothbrush easier and more efficient once they learn how to do it properly. Just remember that the key to brushing well with an electric toothbrush is to guide the brush head to all parts of your mouth.

To brush your teeth correctly, one shall spend at least two minutes using a recommended technique, which includes 30 seconds brushing each section of your mouth (upper right, upper left, lower right, and lower left), twice per day.

Most Oclean sonic electric toothbrushes are equipped with a 2-min timer and a 30-second quad-pacer/brushing zone switch reminder to assist you to keep track of each brushing session to effortlessly achieve maximum efficient clean feelings.

When using a sonic electric toothbrush, it isn't necessary to press hard or scrub. Simply guide the brush while it provides the brushing action.

Step 1: Make sure the most suitable brushing mode and intensity are selected for your current teeth and gum’s sensitivity.

Step 2: Start with the outside surfaces of the teeth. Guide the brush head slowly from tooth to tooth, holding the brush head in place for a few seconds against each tooth before moving on to the next one. Follow along with the shape of each tooth and the curve of the gums.

Step 3: Repeat Step 2 on the inside surfaces of the teeth.

Step 4: Repeat Step 2 on the chewing surfaces of the teeth.

Step 5: Direct the brush head along the gum line and upon the gums. Again, do not press hard or scrub.

Step 6: Most Oclean brush heads have a tongue cleaner design on the back to easily clean the tongue after brushing for an even fresher breath.

With proper brushing technique and a sonic electric toothbrush, a little practice every day will help make it feel like second nature. Before you know it, you’ll be brushing with confidence knowing you’re using the clinically proven technology of a sonic electric toothbrush to clean your teeth for healthier gum and fresher breath.
