How to download the APP corresponding to the Oclean brand?

1. It can be found by searching "Oclean" on the App Store platform of Apple mobile phones and Google play platform of Android phones.

2. There is a QR code in the package of Oclean electric toothbrush, scan it to download.

How to bind Oclean electric toothbrush with APP?

Open the phone and log in to the Oclean's APP, click the Bluetooth logo in the upper right corner (the Bluetooth of the phone should be turned on), click "Add a new device", click "OK", then select your toothbrush ID, and click "OK". (After the toothbrush is activated for the first time, the toothbrush can be connected without turning it on)

How does the APP upgrade the firmware?

First open the phone and log in to the Oclean App. When the Oclean electric toothbrush is connected to the APP, enter the "My" logo interface at the bottom of the page, click "My Device" to enter the interface, and then click "Firmware Upgrade" at the bottom of the page.

How to customize the brushing plan?

Click "Scheme" in the middle of the App homepage to enter the selection scheme page, and then click "Custom Scheme" in the lower right corner. Select the icon, fill in the program name, select the brushing time, mode and gear, and add brushing steps (in the custom program, you can select the brushing steps according to your own preferences), and finally click "Save" to synchronize to your own electric toothbrush on.

Why is there no tooth brushing information in the APP?

There may be several reasons:

1. APP is not connected to Bluetooth: please make sure that Bluetooth is turned on;

2. The device version is not the latest version: please check the APP personal center-my device-version upgrade, if it is not the latest version, please upgrade.

3. Refresh the brushing information when brushing your teeth, the brushing information will be lost.

4. The data is not synchronized before the version upgrade, and the brushing data will be lost after the upgrade. 

What to do if the toothbrush can't be searched by Bluetooth?

Please make sure to search for Oclean electric toothbrushes within the effective distance when the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone is turned on. The Bluetooth search effective distance of the Oclean electric toothbrush is within 15 meters under obstacles. The toothbrush needs to be activated for the first time. If none of the above is the case, please contact service@oclean.com

How do I distinguish my toothbrush?

Each Oclean electric toothbrush has a unique toothbrush ID number (the product packaging and the metal sheet on the top of the fuselage can be viewed), and the ID number that is exactly the same as your own Oclean electric toothbrush is your own electric toothbrush.

App cannot connect to Bluetooth?

  *The toothbrush machine needs to wake up first, and click the power button on the body to complete the boot:


  *Android phones

1. Please make sure that the system version is above 6.0 (settings-this machine information can be viewed);

2. Open the Oclean App Bluetooth application permission (Settings-Application-Oclean App-Bluetooth);

3. If the phone’s Bluetooth is already connected to other devices, please disconnect it first, and then restart the phone and search for Bluetooth in the App again;

4. App Bluetooth connection shows that the device has been bound, please contact Oclean official service staff to unbind the device;

5. Change to another mobile phone to connect. If the connection is successful, please try to perform steps 1, 2, and 3 on the original mobile phone. If it still does not work, it is a mobile phone Bluetooth problem; if you change to another mobile phone, the Bluetooth still cannot be connected, please contact Oclean official service staff directly .


  *Apple mobile phone

1. Please make sure that the system version is above 8.0 (check in Settings-Local Information);

2. App Bluetooth connection shows that the device has been bound, please contact Oclean official service personnel to unbind the device;

3. Change to another mobile phone to connect. If the connection is successful, please try to perform steps 1, 2, and 3 on the original mobile phone. If it still does not work, it is the Bluetooth problem of the mobile phone; if you change to another mobile phone, the Bluetooth still cannot be connected, please contact the official Oclean service staff directly .
